1、Water quality problems
China's water quality is higher than that of Europe. Calcium and magnesium ions are used in large boilers. The water used in large boilers is treated softened water and is not easy to scale. However, all of our boilers use tap water without any treatment. When water is heated, calcium (Ca) magnesium (Mg) iron (Fe) in water rapidly combines with carbonate (CO3) silicate (SiO3), hydroxide (OH), etc. in water to produce calcium carbonate ( Scales such as CaCO3) and magnesium carbonate (MgCO3) are firmly adhered to the inner walls of heat exchangers and pipes. As a result, the heat exchange effect of the system is deteriorated, the pipe diameter is reduced, the water flow is not smooth, or the blockage is increased, and the energy consumption is increased, and the water pump of the wall-mounted boiler is easily broken when the water flow is blocked, and the main heat exchanger is in flame. It is also easily damaged at high temperatures. Thereby shortening the service life of the boiler water circulation system equipment. Maintenance of the water system: After the heating season, drain the water from the heating system, inject new water, and rinse off the dirty water in the system until it is thoroughly rinsed. After rinsing, add fresh softened water and adjust the pressure to normal. At the beginning of the new heating season, another flushing and changing of water can be performed. The heating system can not be in the state of no water for a long time, which will speed up the oxidation and corrosion process of the heating system, which is not conducive to the maintenance of the heating system.

2、Temperament Problems

The gas source in Europe is mainly natural gas. The gas source in China is mainly natural gas, and there are also liquefied petroleum gas and artificial gas. Natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas are relatively pure gas sources. Compared with natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas is more expensive, natural gas is more economical and practical; artificial gas is relatively poor, and its internal impurities are many and the composition is not too good. Stable, low calorific value, and has a great impact on equipment operation and life.

First of all, during the combustion operation of the gas wall-mounted boiler, impurities and dust in the air will enter the inside of the boiler to form part of the sediment. Over time, the heat transfer of the boiler will be affected, and some of the deposit will be in the fan and the flue, which will affect Boiler exhaust and ventilation, there will be noise and faults in severe cases.

Second, in some cases, impurities in the pipeline will enter the gas valve with the gas, affecting the gas valve and nozzle. There is a gas filter in front of the gas valve, which needs to be cleaned frequently to ensure the smooth flow of gas and the normal operation of the wall-mounted boiler. Since the diameter of the nozzle is relatively small, the long-term non-cleaning will form a clogging phenomenon, which affects normal combustion.

Third, after long-term operation, gas-fired boilers will leave excessive impurities and dust in the air chamber and combustion chamber. In some cases, it will affect normal full combustion, reduce combustion quality, and affect heat input.

In addition, after the artificial gas is burned, many impurities will be generated. The impurities will adhere to the surface of the burner and the heat exchanger. After a long time, the inside of the boiler will accumulate too much impurities, affecting the normal operation and combustion of the boiler, thereby reducing the thermal efficiency or making the boiler Various failures occur; these impurities become acidic and have a certain corrosive effect on the internal parts of the boiler, thus adversely affecting the use and life of the boiler.
